Catherine is one of the most beautiful women thatI know. I saw this French actress the first time in "Les Parapluies de Cherbourg" (The Umbrellas of Cherbourg) and I adored her immediately. Actually my blog got its name from one of her movies "Belle de Jour" which translated in Italian is Bella di Giorno. I love her classic and feminine look.

Minna Parikka

Finnish designer Minna Parikka has such girly and adorable style herself without even mentioning her work. She designs bags, gloves and clothes but she is famous for and definitely at her best with the shoe wear. Her shop in Helsinki is like a candy store for adults with a cute interior and all the feminine, carefully made pumps and boots.

High Style

At my work we have such a good selection of fashion, art , design and cuisine books, new ones arriving almost every. One of my favorite things is to take a look at those during my breaks. This one caught my eye yesterday: High Style written by Ron Woodson and Jaime Rummerfield. Two Californian designers combine vintage, antique findings and modern pieces creating glamourous Hollywood style. I really would like to have that pink colored bathroom!
