Salone di Mobile Milano'09

For a week Milan has been full of people coming for the furniture fair. In addition to the big Fiera center there were many smaller exhibitions of brands around the city. The Finnish brand Marimekko was adorably presented together with Iittala and Arabia. Couldn't be more proud of my small home country. Also there were other Nordic brands that go well together with the simple but particular Scandinavian design.

Bellezza L'estate '09: Florale e Rosa

For me an important part of the summerlook is to have chic make-up ideas and a new perfume. Beauty goes hand in hand with the fashionworld and florals have been an inspiration also for the spring/summer collections of Giabattista Valli, Kenzo by Antonio Marras and Luisa Beccaria.

One of my favourite perfumes for this summer would definitely be the new Gucci one, the smell is so wonderful. For make-up the rosy shadows for eyes, cheeks and lips are a fresh addition for a sheer base. Girly and adorable.

The Hills Girls: Lauren Conrad

I probably like Lauren's look the most of these girls. Her freetime style is pretty casual like leggins & top or nice dresses with sunnies, sandals and Chanel bags (they are just a perfect way to complete a basic look.. lovely) Lauren also wears same kind of make make-up as I myself prefer (simple base, with black liquid eyeliner, mascara, some eyeshadow, blush/bronzer and gloss with cute nails in dark/nude colors) and I adore her hair (although Audrina's hair is even more beautiful if I need to pick the best). In my opinion Lauren really succees to dress well for the red carpets and you can see she has a nice sense of style and she feels passionate about it.
